Hello everyone. Today, I would prepare a different RC vehicle project for you. Some of the materials I use in this project will be familiar to those who follow my channel. But I wanted to show you what each production process is like.
This vehicle actually uses a transmission with 3 forward and 1 reverse gear used in an internal combustion engine. You can also buy this gearbox from enginediy.com. I converted this custom RC vehicle gearbox into a manual gearbox. The moving driving gears are shifted with the help of a gear lever, just like in real vehicles. The process is exactly the same in this system as it is in a real vehicle. My goal was to simulate a car with gear.
I also used a 3D printed differential in this project. The spider and bevel gears in this differential were also printed in metal on a 3D printer. This particular piece was printed by JLCPCB.
I completed this project and went for a test drive. Changing gears was a pleasure. I hope you enjoyed watching it as much as I did.

Herkes merhaba. Bugün sizlere farklı bir RC araç projesi hazırlardım. Bu projede kullandığım bazı malzemeler kanalımı takip edenlerin bildiği ürünler olacak. Ancak her bir üretim sürecinin nasıl olduğunu size göstermek istedim.
Bu araç aslında içten yanmalı bir motorda kullanılan 3 ileri 1 geri vites özelliğine sahip bir şanzıman kullanıyor. Bu dişli kutusunu enginediy.com sitesinden siz de alabilirsiniz. Ben bu özel RC araç vitesli dişli kutusunu bir manuel vites kutusuna çevirdim. Hareket halindeki sürüş dişlileri tıpkı gerçek araçlarda olduğu gibi bir vites kolu yardımı ile yer değiştiriyor. Gerçek bir araçta süreç nasılsa bu sistemde de aynen öyle. Amacım da vitesli bir otomobili simüle etmekti.
Bu projede 3D baskılı bir de diferansiyel kullandım. Bu diferansiyel içerisindeki örümcek ve konik dişliler yine 3 boyutlu yazıcıda metal olarak basıldı. Bu özel parçanın baskısı JLCPCB tarafından yapıldı.
Bu projeyi tamamlayıp bir de test sürüşüne çıktım. Vitesleri değiştirmek keyif vericiydi. Umarım izlerken sizler de benim kadar keyif almışsınızdır.
