Using MDX (markdown) in NextJs 13 `app` folder

In this video, we'll learn to use MDX (markdown) to create content in NextJs 13 `app` folder. Our application will use the `@next/mdx` package for local `.mdx` files and the `next-mdx-remote` package for fetching remote files.
