I have seen HobbyPCB at several hamfests. I spoke with them, have seen their products in-person, bought one, and built it. After replacing a screen, I took it back out and did a POTA activation at Lake Norman State Park, US-2740. Only a quarter finished for my kilo there, I put the amplifier through its paces. It performed well. One point seven (1.7) watts out had the amplifier transmitting between 65 and 75 watts. Works for me.
