THIS ❌ Caused My Diastasis Recti Gap (4-Fingers Wide)

During my first pregnancy (before I was educated on diastasis recti prevention) I moved into this deep and anchored twist. I immediately felt a hot flash of pain. I was told I would need surgery after to fix my 4-finger diastasis recti gap. Luckily I was able to heal it through physical therapy and some additional methods!
