Police believe they now have proof that fugitive Tom Phillips had outside help during his four years on the run.
They’ve uncovered a second campsite about 200 metres from the one where the two remaining children were found.
The site is makeshift, but more sophisticated than the first, and is believed to have been the main home for his family in recent months, but not for the whole four years.
Among the items are Whisky-based RTDs, iced coffee bottles, a gas bottle and a camping stove, as well as tarpaulins. Plenty of clues as police hone in on who could have been helping the fugitive father. Adam Hollingworth reports. | Subscribe: https://bit.ly/2JPg8oB
