Time Stamps:
00:00 - Acquiring the Mod Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
06:40 - Beginning "Breaking the Bank at Caligula's" and going through the Mission like normal while maintaining the Mod Menu
08:50 - Arriving to the EC/EC2 (Exclusive Color and Exclusive Secondary Color) Taxi Yellow Forklift, blowing up the Securicar to fail the Mission, and then canceling out of the Mod Menu until I am put back inside Transfender
10:05 - Showing off the EC/EC2 Forklift
This Method will ONLY WORK for Mobile and the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method using Flight School. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method.
Every time you see me press Pause and Unpause after I enter/exit a Vehicle while the whole Flight School Takeoff Lesson is going is because if I don't, the Lesson would cancel. For whatever reason, if you play with a Controller unlike Keyboard/Mouse Controls, you can't just enter/exit a Vehicle. You have to hold the button to enter/exit, press Pause, let go of the enter/exit button, then Unpause and now you can freely move. Rinse and repeat the process every single time you want to enter/exit a Vehicle. This goes for Nintendo Switch and all that jazz, too. If you are exclusively on the PC Platform and playing the Definitive Edition and are using Keyboard/Mouse Controls, you won't have to Pause/Unpause like shown here.
I enter Flight School and select the Takeoff Lesson. I leave the Plane doing what I explained above. I go to Transfender. I CANCEL the Takeoff Lesson at the same time as I enter the Red Marker and acquire the Mod Menu. I then restart the Takeoff Lesson. I then HOLD the exit Vehicle button until the Mission fails. I then find the AC Tower (Safehouse) to regain vision.
I once told people this was sort of stupid to obtain and I must take that back. It's stupid to do an EC/EC2/EM Conversion on a Forklift because all that is going to do is raise the "Vehicle Modifications Budget" Stat while obtaining it from the actual Mission will only give you a Mission Attempt/Failure. What is another one of those going to hurt, when there is dozens of Special Vehicles in which require Mission Failures?
It's nice that there's a Method now without needing "Home Coming" to go along with it to acquire a Mod Menu.
The EC2 on this Forklift can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Forklift.
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
