Recipe:
For the dough:
Luke warm milk 150 ml ( 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp )
Note:* milk quantity can be more or less depending on the flour type)
Butter 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Instant yeast 1 tsp
All-purpose flour 1&1/2 cup
Salt to taste 1/2 tsp

For chicken stuffing:
Chicken boneless cubes 150 gms+ (mistakenly wrote 250 gms in video )
Salt to taste Or 3/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Onion powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Dark soya sauce1/2 tsp
Chilli sauce1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp


For sandwich stuffing:
Salad leaves , ketchup, mayonnaise or any veges

warm milk for dipping the dough and sesame seeds are as required
oil for frying sandwiches as required
