My scariest and most impressive alert caught on Youtube, probably a Youtube First since nobody's ever seen a genuine Civil Emergency Message in Ontario. I've tried to record off City-TV Toronto (CITY-DT), but my box immediately activated and I couldn't find out if the station relays alerts.
