We stayed in La Spezia but visited monterosso al mare, Vernazza, corniglia, manarola, riomaggiore and more. We swam and cliff jumped in Italy, ate pizza, took the train, experienced the tourism that occurs in this region in may during the shoulder season, and it was busy but cannot recommend it enough, it is such a cool spot, but be prepared... it will be busy!
