Rosamund Pike and Eiza González are spotlighting the cracks in the healthcare system with their latest film I Care a Lot. The Netflix dark comedy follows a shady court appointed legal guardian who attempts to defraud an elderly client, unaware the woman has powerful ties of her own. Stars Pike and González spoke with The Hollywood Reporter ahead of the film's release on Pike's Golden Globes nomination for the film, playing anti-heroes and the broken healthcare system. I Care a Lot premieres on Netflix February 19.
