Carvana review: "Purchased a vehicle exactly 14 days ago. Three days into the purchase, I had a few issues with the vehicle that needed to be repaired, namely the radio. The radio changes channels when it wants, the tech screen works when it wants to, and most importantly, there is a code present that says 'radio internal failure.' I was told to contact Silverock Warranty, which is their partner company. I did so and took the vehicle to the shop they asked me to. The shop diagnosed the problem and contacted the warranty company back with their findings..."
