Before to start any work on gas appliance isolate the power, turn off the gas and the water.
1. Download manual

2. Turn off the power
3. Remove the screws.
4. Remove the tube and disconnect the wires.
5. Replace fan assembly.
6. Re-assemble in reverse order.
7. Test it.
