Is Whisky cask investing or wine investing a giant scam? Also I look at Masterworks & Vinovest

I look at the popular whisky cask investment club scams that are making their way across Europe and Asia especially. I look at this new and troubling investment or so called investment trend. How risky is something like whisky investing?

I also look at Vinovest and wine investing where the wine is being held by the investment company and look at Vinovest reviews from some of its customers / clients. How well did Vinovest do?

I also look at Masterworks art investing. This company takes a high 1.5% annual fee and 20% of the sale and is not widely regulated like with stock brokerages so is prone to fraud. It is also very illiquid and likely speculative.

Gold investing scams that prey on seniors is pretty widespread. How not to invest in gold. I look at vault storage options for gold, companies that promised to hold gold for people that ended up keeping money and scamming customers.
