Training the Posterior Chain is a major focal point in athletic based strength training. One of the toughest movements for posterior chain development that an athlete can complete through a full range a motion is the Nordic Curl or Russian Lean exercise. This strength movement is one of the ultimate indicators of relative (bodyweight) hamstring strength.
