Cable Blowing, Push & Pull installation and Cable Jetting are just some of the terms being used about getting cables into ducts and pipes using compressed air. Primarily used for fiber cable installation.
To get the best performance, there are several factors to consider. Cable stifness for instance, also, the duct's ability to hold air pressures of up to 10-12 bar (+145 psi) without leaks calls for quality duct and pipes.
The connectors and the assembling are of high importance. The connectors must be easy to mount and dismount.
Above matters have to be mixed with the right choice of fiber blowing machine.
