Welcome everyone to the 12 volt drill battery repair and recovery video, in this video I will introduce a method to repair drill batteries and create a charger for 12V lithium batteries with simple and easy to find tools. Through the steps that are done slowly and in detail, you can grasp the entire technique of this battery repair and recovery and apply it to repair your battery at home.
Drill battery repair and recovery process:
00:00 Check the battery condition
02:11 Repair the battery - Make a battery cell welding machine ( spot welding machine)
08:00 Arrange and fix the 18650 - 3.7V lithium battery cells
11:00 Weld the battery cells with a homemade battery cell welding machine
16:19 Check the voltage of the battery block and proceed to weld the charging and protection circuit for the battery
18:20 Install the charger header , load and close the lid of the drill battery box
20:34 Make a 12V battery charger (from PVC pipe and 12V lithium battery charger)
25:14 Charge the battery and check the results of the drill battery repair
