Fujifilm RECIPE vs FILM | Portraits on Portra 400

Can you actually emulate film like Portra 400 with Fujifilm recipes?

In today's video, Ishkhan and I use both the same "film stock". Ishkhan uses a roll of Portra 400 in his Hasselblad 500C and I load a Portra 400 film simulation/recipe on my Fujifilm X100F. Fujifilm recipe vs film, do they look the same? Do you need to spend all of this money on film? You tell me!
