Steps to follow :
1) Boil 2-3 potatoes, mashed or grated. Add finely chopped onions, coriander and chillies.
2) Add 1tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp Amchur powder.
3) Make dough balls (after preparing the dough let it rest for atleast 20 minutes) dust the dough ball with flour and make small baskets. filling and seal the edges. Dust some more flour on the dough ball and flatten it with your fingers. Start rolling it into a paratha.
4) Place the paratha on a tawa on high heat allowing it to cook on one side, then flip it over and let the other side cook. Apply a small amount of ghee on the cooked side and flip it over and allow the paratha to cook. Repeat the same procedure on the other side.
5) Serve with dahi, butter and pickles
