The recording of “Better Than God” 4 our LP “Hopscotch Lollipop Sunday took place at Chuck Myers home studio in Sandy, Utah. Chuck was a friend of Bjorn Thorsrud. We flew out 2 Sandy, Utah & met Chuck but this 1 time. We were due to leave 4 our flight back home Milwaukee at the end our stay & we wanted 2 squeeze this song in on tape before our departure. As a nod 2 the “In Eden I fall” lyric, the producer in Dennis wanted a snake slithering in grass effect appearing at specific times throughout this piece, thus awakening consciousness as it climbs the vine of the spine.
