This Week: Baked Brie Cheese with Honey and Hazelnuts in Filo Pastry
This fantastic appetizer will impress you with its incredible taste and refined look. Rich taste of roasted cheese with roasted hazelnuts in filo pouch is a real declaration of love for haute cuisine.
Ingredients:
125 g. of Brie cheese
1 tablespoon of honey
8 piece of roasted hazelnuts
1 sheet of filo pastry
10 g. of unsalted butter
Preparation:
Roll the filo pasty on cutting board. Put Brie cheese in the middle, pour with honey, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Fix pastry with foil, Cook in preheat to 200C oven about 6-8 minutes.
