In this video I'm kitbashing a Night Lords Daemon Prince. Not a powerful creature that the Night Lords aspire to become, but rather a monster that serves as a warning for them.

Imagine a vampire that hasn't had his blood fix for a long time and is becoming more and more beast like. That's what's happening here too.

This miniature is mainly a conversion of Lauka Vai, the Mother of Nightmares from Age of Sigmar. I had to repose the wings to put them on the back of the monster and the head comes from the Flesh Eater Courts.

So now the question is, what are those scraps of flesh doing on this creature? Who put them there? Why?
