Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has emerged as the 4th richest cm of the country after the Association for Democratic Reforms surveyed the profiles of all political party ministers and drew conclusions regarding the acquisition of assets, criminal background, finances and liabilities, education details, etc. According to the Analysis for the current year 2023, Rio has become the 4th richest CM with movable and immovable assets worth 46 crores. Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy tops the category in India with movable and immovable assets worth Rs 510 crore while West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee emerged as the poorest CM in the country with assets worth Rs 15 lakhs only
