How to create a Sumifs using both a row and column axis on a data range. You can use the formula SumProduct, which is available in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice and probably anything else that calls itself a spreadsheet.

My Video below gives a short walk-through of it, but essentially you use SUMPRODUCT function. The syntax is basically SUMPRODUCT((Range1CONDITION=~VALUE~)*(Range2CONDITION =~VALUE~)*DATARANGE).
