It's an animation of all weapons from Megaman X3 adapted to 32 bits.
I defined the number of uses at my discretion considering power and versatility and I added an image of the PS5 controls to give you an idea.
The title Megaman X3 comes from the Legacy Collection.
The title background was regenerated by 3D model a view of the Doppler Laboratory similar to X4 in reference to the final stages.
These are my ideas, but Kensuyjin probably has it more clearly defined; some were based on my interpretation.
