I attended this game when I was 18 years old. I had no idea what I was walking into. Things were getting ugly before the game even started—and it only escalated from there. It’s become the stuff of Philadelphia legend, yet it actually happened! And the telecast did not show the full extent of the anger and vitriol in the crowd that night.
