首都高速 Shuto Expressway C1 1970-80s vs. 2020

I recently found a lot of footage of C1 in the 70s-80s and since I have some videos of C1 from 2020 as well, I thought it would be interesting to make a comparison video. I do not make any money from this video.

First part of the video of the "old" C1 (0:00-0:32) is from the movie "Solaris" (1972). Second part is from "昭和６１年の首都高速都心環状線一周 （車載カメラ） Shuto Expressway C1 Loop 1986" by kamepo (   • 昭和６１年の首都高速都心環状線 （別に画質改善版あり） Shuto Exp...  ). I recommend you explore their channel as it has a lot of old videos of the Shuto Expressway (Wangan, Yokohane, etc.) which I found very interesting.

My own opinion: The road itself hasn't had much major changes, though what's interesting is the skyline. That's the biggest change over the years.
