Joyride Crashes At Mohali Fair, Many Injured

Several people were injured when a joyride broke down at the Dasehra Ground in Phase 8, Mohali on Sunday evening.
According to eyewitnesses, at least 15 to 16 people, mostly children and women were injured in the incident.
The injured were rushed to the Civil Hospital at Phase 6 and other a private hospital.
The victims have complained of neck, abdominal and back injuries.
All the organisers of the carnival allegedly fled from the spot.
Mohali DC Amit Talwar said they will hold an inquiry to see if the organisers had permission from the concerned authorities, to hold the carnival.
