I wanted to help my wife work from home, so I built a small 12 foot x 12 foot back house / office styled as a modern cottage. I believe it cost about $12,000 in material costs in total, which included the decking. This video is a short walk through of the house, along with a few photos that show the build process. She loves the space and enjoys being at home.
