Astrophotography Japan / New Wheels! (Episode 57)

On Father`s Day 2025, I picked-up our first car ever purchased in Japan. After 25 years of living here, finally the time was right. One weekend in June, my son and I drove to the Izu peninsula highlands for an overnight adventure that included deep-sky-nebula imaging. This video describes that trip and my imaging of NGC 6914, an emission nebula in Cygnus that includes two small bluish reflection nebulae within. On the return trip we stopped by Shuzenji for a little sightseeing as well.
