So With all the Questions I received on how it works, I figured I should put up a build video on how to make my Drone Retrieval System. Enjoy my how to, and enjoy finally getting that drone out of that tree!
Parts List (I sourced everything locally, but here it all is online. I'd do a search around the stores in your area to find the best prices near you):

-Slingshot - Any one with a wrist brace will do ( I reccomend collapsable, . I used this: https://goo.gl/DKWGGc

A 1/4 inch Dowel rod or two, cut longer than your Slingshot draw distance
Fishing Line, if the reel does not come with it already spooled
A couple Zip Ties
A key ring
Electrical Tape
