CAMMINO PORTOGHESE DELLA COSTA E SENDA LITORAL ! Giorno 1 da Porto a Vila Cha

Finalmente si parte!
Lasciamo l'albergue prima dell'alba e ci portiamo alla Cattedrale, dove inizia ufficialmente il nostro
cammino.
Il quartiere storico della cattedrale è ancora più affascinante la mattina presto, sgombro dai turisti.
Da qui scendiamo verso il lungofiume del Douro che seguiremo fino alla foce e poi da qui inizieranno le famose passerelle di legno vista oceano della SENDA LITORAL.
La giornata è fresca e il sole latita, l'arrivo all'abergue di Vila Cha dopo 31 km di cammino è stato quanto mai benvenuto.

Finally we're leaving!
We leave the albergue before dawn and take ourselves to the Cathedral, where our journey officially begins
I walk.
The historic cathedral district is even more fascinating early in the morning, clear of tourists.
From here we descend towards the Douro riverside which we will follow until the mouth and then from here the famous wooden walkways overlooking the ocean of the SENDA LITORAL will begin.
The day is cool and the sun is shining, the arrival at the Vila Cha abergue after 31 km of walking was more than welcome.
