2 RARE Junkyard LS Engines, OBS Tailgate, Buick Wheels and a Cobalt Panel | SPP Saturday Adventure

This time on SPPTV we make our video return to our favorite junkyard, The Bucks Auto GM / Truck Yard. We also stop by Foreign land in search of Honda parts for Clayton. The junkyard always has LS engines ready to be saved, but not always gen 4 engines, and even rarer are the factory LS race engines, aka L33 all aluminum 5.3's. Rob is a fan of this lightweight LS iteration and spots them instantly. But in the end it's catch and release as none of us really need another engine core at the moment, and it was very hot this weekend. But we still may return to pull another Junkyard LS Engine by HAND!

Mike had planned to try get some front fenders for his 1998 GMC Sierra 4x4, but instead ended up with a really nice tailgate that was much needed for awhile now. A mint short box is tempting, but probably too nice for the Sierra for $250. So many of these trucks are constantly cycling through the yard, that eventually some fenders will be found. If not from the local classifieds.

Riley and Clayton are on the hunt for wheels and tires for Riley's daily driver supercharged Buick Regal. The factory wheels have problems leaking when the wheel corrodes and sheds the chrome coating. Surprisingly a tough thing to find on this particular day, but they end up with some wheels that will work in the meantime.
