EasyBraid / Tronex / Beau Tech - Desoldering Demonstration

EasyBraid desoldering braid or wick is used in the rework and repair of printed circuit boards, computers, cell phones or other electronics. The braid easily removes solder from the components or pads on a circuit board. The braid is manufactured with clean oxide-free copper wire in a tight weave enabling quick “on and off” desoldering. The concentrated fine copper braiding utilizes less wick for each desoldering applications.

The desoldering braid is available in four variations to suit your specific manufacturing processes.

Tronex precision cutters features a unique, innovative joint designed for smooth function, strength, durability and comfort. The precision cutters are made from high quality carbon steel and cut without leaving burrs. They can cut hundreds of thousands of times before dulling and can continue to do so after resharpening.

Beau Tech Doubled Ended Soldering Aid tools are made of high quality Swedish Hardened Tool Steel, carefully heat treated and tempered to provide a tough, long lasting working edge that resists wear. The hard satin chrome finish repels solder even when in contact with flux. The wooden handle serves as an excellent insulator between the two ends, and the hex shaped handle provides a firm grip and won't roll off the workbench.

These tools are available in both Standard (8") and Mini (5 1/2") sizes. The standard size works well with most through-hole soldering, and the mini-size is popular in surface mount soldering and smaller through-hole application. All Beau Tech tools are engineered with the requirements of the ESD environment in mind.
