Cricut Heat Transfer Vinyl | HTV | On Tote Bag

Hi everyone. Today we are using the Cricut to cut Heat Transfer Vinyl and then apply to it to a tote bag using a heat press. With heat transfer vinyl, you want to place it on your cutting mat shiny side down, and cut it with the mirror (or flip) option selected.
I used a heat press set to 305 degrees and pressed for about 15 seconds. You can use any press you have. A household iron will also work. You want to have the iron on high temp, no steam, and press the vinyl onto the garment, don't move the iron around. Leave it in the same area for about 10-15 seconds.
I used Siser easy weed vinyl, which is a hot/cold peel, meaning I can the transfer sheet whether it is warm or cold. Follow the manufacture settings for whatever vinyl you are using.
