Arvind Satyanarayan, Associate Professor in the MIT Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, gives a talk entitled “Empowering Blind/Low-Vision People to Conduct Interactive Data Analysis with LLM-Generated Textual Descriptions.”

Satyanarayan’s talk was featured in a session on "Technology in Society & Civic Engagement" during the MIT Ethics of Computing Research Symposium. Hosted by the MIT Schwarzman College of Computing’s Social and Ethical Responsibilities of Computing (SERC) initiative, the symposium showcased a series of TED-style talks by MIT faculty. These presentations focused on the intersection of technology, ethics, and social responsibility in the field of computing.
