Here is a video about all the notes on the cello in first position on the G string! I go over how to practice them and the rhythm to practice with. Having a great foundation is really key to a great cello journey learning all types of songs. Remember you want to keep drilling the notes until you can respond quickly if someone was aksing you about the notes in first position
