Pop is a fish hero. Pop can blow mysterious bubbles that can clean anything. He uses this magical power to clean up the ocean every day. But one day, Pop hears a desperate cry for help from his friends. The ignorant humans have foolishly dumped radioactive tanks and oil drums into the sea, and they dumped a lot of them. Oil is slowly leaking from the drums and radiation is slowly leaking from the tanks. Hurry, Pop! Hurry to save your friends.

Mass Tael was a game company based in Hong Kong, making games for the Spectravideo and MSX.
There's 3 stages per loop. After every loop, the game becomes harder and you earn an extra life. It is possible to have more than 9 lives, but the lives counter will show up corrupted.
