Reiki ASMR: Release Negativity with 417 hz

This frequency has been used for thousands of years to clear negative energy and disharmony, undo old patterns, habits and beliefs systems, and pave the way for the type of life we are manifesting. This frequency naturally clears and unblocks the sacral chakra, which can become blocked when we hold in or repress our negative emotions.

Settle down in a relaxing place and take a deep breath before you start this video. Clear your mind, and set an intention before you start. This can be anything you like, but something like "I release all energy, habits and beliefs that are not serving my greatest and highest good" is a good place to start.

As you listen to this frequency, feel it soaking into your cells and your energy. Feel it resonating in your sacral center, gently cleansing away any blockages and disharmony there.
