I found this paper called Smooth Black by ColorBok and it works very well for sanding on it for a grudge look. Thank you @CraftybyToni for the suggestion on how to do it and what to look for.
I also made a page tab with the paper and @CraftybyToni digital that is available on her Etsy shop. It’s a great digital it you can’t get her stamps right now. Hopefully one day I will be able to get them.
