In this video I share some snippets from my Year 11 Specialist Math lesson on Proof by Contrapositive. I discuss with my students the concept of negation, and how it applies to "and" and "or" statements. We discuss the purpose of the contrapositive, how to write a contrapositive, and finally how proving the contrapositive can sometimes be easier than proving the original statement.
