A )We have more than 30% of total surgeries performed in our clinic are revision / corrective surgeries

There are plenty of reasons for failure of surgery
1 . Mainly in effective grafts harvesting eg one punchers 1000 grafts but higher percentage of transaction lead to 500-600 grafts yield ( so there is lot of wastage of grafts , donor area is finite / limited , you can’t take as many grafts as you want )
2. Scarring at the recipient site because usage of substandard instrument
3. Unhygienic operation room standard which gives infection to either donor or recipient site
4. Straight hairline instead of zigzag
5. Implanting 2-3 follicular grafts instead of sung,e follicular grafts in first few rows
6. Poor density , so gaps are seen in impacted area even after surgery
