Soooo... There was swell and waves, and the window for the WSL, Trestles Pro had opened. The scaffolding was up, The pros had all been warming up at Lowers, Banners had been posted, aaaaaaaand... Security personnel had been stationed at various points and instructed to detour all bikers to the Lowers lot. Whether you were going to surf or spectate, the powers that be had decided that, on top of keeping everyone out of the water at Lowers, the entire area from Churches, to Cottons would be off-limits to bikes. Needless to say there was a good amount of verbal scrapping, unhappy surfers, defiant rebellion, etc... But... We got some waves. Filmed and Barbwires and Cottons (Rights), Trestles, San Clemente, CA on Monday, June 9, 2025 from 8 AM to 10 AM. Filmed in 4k with high quality sound - best viewed on a smart TV with the YouTube App and set to 4K.
