Wrapped up today’s training with an individual finishing session using the rebounder. This comes right after an 8-mile run yesterday, so the legs were definitely feeling heavy—but in a good way. I’ve been managing a left quad strain lately, but it's been feeling much better. Today was about staying sharp while easing back into using that left side more. Focused on clean touches, sharp turns, and getting that finishing rhythm back.
Stay consistent and smart with recovery—progress is progress.
