#rickross purchased the Fayetteville estate in 2014 for $5.8 million and has since made some modifications, including purchasing an additional 87 acres for $1 million in 2019. The estate features a massive 350,000-gallon pool and a dining room that can seat up to 100 people. However, Ross isn't afraid to put his property to work and we’ve seen it in hollywood movies as well. On the other hand, #50cent taste in real estate is as exclusive and expensive as they come. His posh pad in Farmington, Connecticut boasts a whopping 25 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms, complete with a recording studio, full gym, and even his own nightclub. Although the property is estimated to be worth around $18.5 million, 50 Cent is currently trying to sell it for a bargain price of $5 million.

But that's not all. The extravagant property also includes an indoor pool room and basketball court, a casino, and a kitchen covered in marble. There's even a separate guest house located across the lake.

In the round of real estate, it's a tough call to determine a clear winner. Rick Ross has an impressive estate with plenty of room for entertainment, while 50 Cent's property in Farmington is a true masterpiece of luxury living.
