East Indian Pork Vindaloo is a spicy, tangy & aromatic East Indian Recipe. This popular recipe is a perfect blend of Portuguese & Indian flavors, making it a must-try for any Celebration!

Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
10 Kashmiri Chillies
3 Spicy Red Chillies (use any variety that is hot)
10 -12 (35 gms) Garlic Cloves
1 Inch (5 gms) Ginger Piece
1 + 1/4 Tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
3/4 Tsp Haldi/Turmeric Powder
1/4 Cup White Vinegar (Used Kalvert's)
1 Tsp Salt (Adjust as per taste)
1/2 Kg Pork Curry Pieces/Boneless
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Cup (100 ml) Hot Water for soaking Chillies
1/2 Cup Water (grinding + rinsing jar & bowl)
