Taking on my first 10km road race - Paisley 10k

In this video, I’m participating in something completely new for me, and what an incredible event it turned out to be. I took on the Paisley 10k run which is the third-largest running event in Scotland.

This year, the Paisley 10k and 3k Fun Run saw over 4,500 participants, setting a new record for this popular event. The race is organized by ‪@oneren8908‬ Renfrewshire charity that promotes cultural, leisure, and sporting activities to encourage active and healthy lifestyles—along with support from Renfrewshire Council and Kilbarchan Amateur Athletics Club.

Thousands of the amazing supporters or 'Buddies' as they are known lined the streets of Paisley, cheering on all the runners as we enjoyed the event and took in the town's famous historic landmarks.
