To all you armchair pilots insisting about „this has to be a go around“ or „you can‘t see the runway at this and that point“:
1. The camera was held at chest level from the jumpseat (therefore the point of view massively differs from the one you have as a pilot. There are three guys who can tell if they had the legally needed visual reference at the decision height or not. If you are neither the captain, nor the first officer or observer from this flight, please stop speculating!
2. It‘s simply not true that you need to see the runway at decision height. Depending on the actual conditions, there are regulations how many lights of the approach lighting system (ALS) you need to see at the decision height. Once again: as you can see from the environment getting brighter just before minimums, this was the case in this situation. The reason why you can‘t see it in the video is explained in 1.
