The most expensive home in the U.S. just listed in Florida for the massive price of $285 million, and the craziest part is the house isn't even built yet! The home is under construction though, it's in the super exclusive and prestigious pocket of Manalapan. When the spec mansion is finished it will feature every amenity you can think of including a massive car museum, a wine cellar, a lounge, a 3,700 square foot swimming pool, a gym, etc. This is going to be a billionaires dream home... not to mention if you buy this place you'll be next door neighbors with Larry Ellison. In today's episode we talk about this latest mega mansion to hit the market, and whether or not it is actually worth its asking price of $285,000,000.
