This is a bit of trail running footage from a 42km route exploration session I did in Bannau Brycheiniog (from Llangynidr to the top of Cribyn, and back). This was filmed in March 2022 and was 1/2 route explorations I did before running the Blacks to Beacons 50 mile ultra marathon on the 30th May 2022.
