Lorient offers a range of automatic drop seals that fit to the bottom of a door + drop down automatically when the door closes to form a firm seal.

Lorient's popular LAS8001 si drop seal is a slimline, mortised automatic drop seal. It features a high-efficiency mechanism, which lifts the seal clear of the floor as soon as the door is opened by a few millimetres; resulting in lower door operating forces.

It requires no power connection and is self-levelling on uneven floors; the seal height can be adjusted independently of fixing screws.
